As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Was asked to pull around to the other window because we asked for "hot" food. Finally got the food after waiting for about 25 minutes and what do you know it was cold as ice. Like it was very disappointing. I wish I could make this up but this is the way a lot of fast food places are now I guess.

    Last time I was here I would Have rated the service and atmosphere a zero because of the stupid non working AI. I'm glad they took it out, if it gave me the same problems it did last time I would never come back. And what kind of atmosphere do you get from that? The flat bread meal was a good value, but the cheese is garbage. Take it off. Sprinkle some grated cheese on it.

    If I could give negative stars for the service I would. The cashier was pushy and rushed us the minute we got to order. She rolled her eyes when I pulled up to the window and didn’t give a receipt. Food was average and the experience was downright abysmal.
