Interior was messy with no A/C.

I know bowls aren’t always packed to the brim, but this was beyond ridiculous. When I opened my bowl, it looked half empty. I paid over $10 for what felt like a snack. What makes it even more frustrating is that I ordered two other meals, and both of those bowls were filled to the brim. Clearly the employees know what a properly portioned bowl looks like, so there’s no excuse for mine looking like this. If you’re going to charge full price, customers should receive full portions. This is honestly unacceptable, and it’s frustrating to see the quality become this inconsistent. I’ve never been so disappointed with a Chipotle order. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t any better. I walked in and made eye contact with two employees, and neither of them acknowledged me or even said hello. Eventually another employee came over, but she still never said a single word. She simply motioned with her hands for me to come over, handed me my food, and never spoke. A simple “Hi” or “Have a good day” takes two seconds. Between the poor service and the portion size, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.
