  I usually love going to Cava, both this location and others. I came here on a Tuesday night around 7. There were 4 or 5 employees behind the counter. It took a minute before anyone took our order. It was clear that the group was VERY focused on getting the to go orders ready. There were a few people in line who were waiting for their meals. They continued to put together to-go orders. I mentioned to the staff that I had limited time to eat this evening. One bothered to look at me, the rest just kept working on to go orders. We ultimately left and went somewhere else. Extremely disappointing

  Tay'Jah and her staff was extremely helpful. Especially by it being my first time eating at this restaurant. They explained the different tastes and spice levels to me and conducted themselves extremely professional. Workers were very knowledgeable, and willing to help with a great attitude.

  Tony was seriously so nice and helpful! I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order, and he took the time to help me figure it out and gave me some great recommendations. He was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable tbh!! great customer service, thank you tony. i’ll be back for sure!!!!

  Julia is genuinely THE BEST! I was having a very bad day and her energy alone was the best. Amazing customer service & attention to detail. I can’t wait to come back for more.

  This was my first time coming into this place and I was greeted by Tony he has the best customer service , he was very patient with me and my mother, he made the atmosphere in the store very welcoming and he was very understanding id take Tony over anyone and I will be coming back the food was delicious
