  Let me just start off they forgot the sauce which i paid extra for. We forgot about it but then we got the large chicken poppers not the meal just the nuggets. They charged us for the meal and we called told them that they did. They said “We made it cheaper” but then they charged us the drink and didn’t even get the fries if it was a meal. I also tipped our carhopper Lindsey. She was kind but the atomsphere and having to pay extra was not

  Placed a mobile order for a burger with no onions, add bacon. They did the complete opposite! I paid for it, I should’ve received it on my sandwich. And now, I have to pick the onions off my burger. reading is very fundamental when working fast food.

  In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, this Sonic continues to impress me. The servers are consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. Today, I had trouble placing an order through the app, and the young lady who answered over the intercom actually came out to assist me. She was patient, apologetic, and genuinely wanted to help—not rushed or impatient. When she wasn’t able to resolve the issue, the manager came out and stepped in. She assured me it was absolutely no problem and was happy to help. She even made sure my discount and rewards were honored so I could complete my order correctly. That level of customer care is rare these days. Great job, Sonic! Your team is doing an outstanding job, and it does not go unnoticed.
