    Told the girl at the counter she messed up our order. The person who ordered behind me ordered a small blizzard. I ordered a mini. She gave her my mini blizzard and me that persons small blizzard (two different flavors) and instead of making it right, said “I’m sorry” and walked away. What a joke

    I Wanted to leave a good review for the cashier that helped me on 4/20/26 around 6:30pm. The receipt says that her name was Ja'niyah. She was so sweet, pleasant and very patient with me as I dont come to DQ often and had a somewhat difficult order lol. Thanks Ja'niyah, keep up the good work! :)

    Literally had to leave because dude with the head set would NOT let me finish my order. I ordered 1 thing only and simply wanted to add “no chocolate sauce” but he cut me off repeatedly and would NOT let me finish what I was saying, which I found to be odd. Rushing me as if he’s so busy when it’s only 2 ppl. I drove off bc i don’t like weird behavior.
