  Store don’t ever answer the phone to see if something available. I always give them grace and let them replace w a drink or anything in the store. Bc next time I place an order and get to the window I’m not taking a substitution when they could have just picked up the phone and answered my question vs me driving all the way over there and what I want isn’t available when I placed my order. Just refund me my $50 and you gone waste your food.

  Ordered online, picked up up in the mobile thru. No wait, fast and friendly. Chicken al pastor tacos were great, we also had the carnitas and bierria burritos, all made correctly and deliciously 🙌🏻

  This is the third time I walked in here and the employees are arguing with each other. They don't have food prepared. And they are not accepting cash. So I ended up having to leave and go somewhere else to eat

  Wanted to ordera steak burrito bowl, they had just pulled a pan of steak off the grill. There was no steak on the front line. They put the pan of steak on the to-go/ online order prep area. When I asked for steak was told they were out. I asked about the steak I just saw them pan up. Employee stated that was for to go orders only and not for in-store orders. When I asked why employee stated it was company policy that online/ web/ take out orders take precedent over in store orders because they have no way of showing they are out of something, so therefore those orders are priority on availability of items. So basically in-store customers are second class to those that order thru the app or thru a food delivery service!!!! This on top of they are always out of stuff, there will be multiple employees standing around or doing medial task to get out of helping customers, meanwhile the line is to the door. Last visit 1 person was working the entire line by herself while 2 people stood and talked, 2 people said they were only taking care of online orders although there wasnt any orders and 1 person was bagging chips, even though there was an abundance pf already bagged chips. People were literally to the door and 1 employee cared enough to take care of every order. Meats are always burnt and dry. Sad because normally Chipotle has amazing service and food, not this location.

  I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. I stopped at the Chipotle in Hammond Square while traveling, and this was honestly one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever witnessed. I was about six people back in line, which gave me plenty of time to see how the employee taking orders—a reddish, long-haired guy—was treating people. He wasn’t just rude to me. He treated EVERY customer I personally saw this way—everyone ahead of me, me, and the customers behind me that I could see before I left. He was extremely sarcastic, visibly irritated, and acted as though every person ordering was an inconvenience. He was aggressively throwing and slamming ingredients into bowls and burritos. It was uncomfortable just watching him interact with customer after customer. Because of the way he was slamming food around, the prep counter was absolutely disgusting, with different ingredients scattered and mixed together. I wanted to try the cilantro-lime option, but couldn’t because other food had gotten mixed into it. The girl working the register was also rude, although nowhere near the level of the employee making the food. I specifically told her I needed a receipt. She then asked if I wanted one, I said yes again, and suddenly she couldn’t find it—even though I had literally just paid and was still standing at the register. I travel through Hammond fairly often and was looking forward to having Chipotle while traveling. After this experience, I will NEVER return to this location. This wasn’t one employee having one bad interaction with one customer. I personally watched the same rude and aggressive behavior happen over and over again to every customer I saw him serve. I was so appalled and disgusted by what I witnessed that I called Chipotle’s complaint department from the parking lot before I even left. I would give ZERO stars if that were an option.
