  I started an online order and it said it would be ready at 3:40. I pull up to the store at 3:41 and proceeded to not get my food until 4:30. When receiving my food the burrito bowl I ordered I opened it and there was a burrito not a bowl. She then proceeded to unwrap the burrito, toss the ingredients in the bowl and put more ingredients on top of it. There was no explanation of why it took almost an hour to get my food. There was no apology on messing up the order on taking so long. I didn't receive any napkins or utensils. If I'm going to pay the prices for this food I would like what I ordered in a timely manner or at least with an explanation and an apology I received neither. This is completely unacceptable and I probably will not be going to this location for a very long time because of it. I honestly hope it shuts down for the way it handle business today because I was not the only one who had to endure this. There were people behind me who had issues and people in front of me as well. WAITING IN LINE FOR AN HOUR IN AN ONLINE ORDER IS INSANE. I typically don't write bad reviews because there's already so many of those, but even I had to go and say something about this!!

  I went once last week. I placed a mobile pickup for noon, and at 12:02 they said it was ready. Well guess what, they blatantly lied. After waiting about 30 minutes it was finally ready. The food was good, but a quick lunch break turned into a not so quick one. I decide to give it another go today because that honey chipotle chicken is good. I placed a drive through lane pickup for 2 pm. Guess what? 2 pm. Says it’s ready…. Like is wrapped around Five guys it’s so long. After 10 minutes without moving a centimeter I said screw it and went inside. People were saying they had been waiting over an hour. I tried to cancel the order (which they wouldn’t let me at first… I had to argue with a customer service agent on the app). I ordered five guys. Got my food, at it, and as I was leaving the person who was second in line to get their pickup order JUST FINALLY made it to the window.

  Absolute horrible experience this Chipotle used to be very fast with good service and lately I’ve waited 40 minutes to pick up my mobile order and the staff didn’t seem to care. Also, my food wasn’t that great since they were so behind on orders, they just threw it Together with no care

  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in both the quality of your product and the subsequent service I received. I recently got a kids meal and got a Clementines, only to find it had mold on it and was fuzzy. Finding contaminated food is a significant health concern and frankly nauseating. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely slow and they didn’t have good attitudes. I expect a brand of your size to stand behind its product quality. I would like a formal resolution to this matter, as my experience thus far has been completely unacceptable. I have photos of the product and the packaging available upon request.

  Placed an order to pick up through the Chipotlane at 8pm. Got in the chipotlane line at 7:56pm, was notified my order was ready at 8pm. There were only a handful of cars ahead of me, but it took 45 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window at 8:45pm and gave them the name for the order they started making it. This is now 45 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and 45 minutes after I received a notification saying it was ready on time. They finished making it and handed it to me at 8:52pm. In total, it took 56 minutes to get my order. My husband’s coke was bad, way too much syrup versus water. They were out of my agua fresca, which frequently happens here. During our previous visit for a pickup order, the order was not ready on time, the floor was sticky, the ice machine was empty, and the coke machine was out of syrup and my veggie burrito bowl was missing the included guacamole. This location seems to be so poorly maintained compared to surrounding locations.
