Olivia L was so friendly, patient, and helpful!! Completely turned my day around and got my new favorite drink too!!! Will absolutely drive out of my way and pass the 3 closer locations to go back to this location. Wonderful experience! Thanks Olivia

The customer service at this location has gone down hill so much over the last year. This morning I went through and the girl who took my order was super unfriendly. She didn’t greet me when she came to my car. Was super short with me and seemed annoyed to be taking my order. Once she was finished taking my order she walked away without saying anything and I just felt completely disregarded. My order was also not rang in right because she didn’t even read back what she had put in. I love stopping here for coffee in the mornings, but the employees at this location truly make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them whenever I stop by.

From the time I pulled in, ordered, paid and left it was a total of 5 minutes. Both girls i interacted with were friendly and upbeat. Big smiles and acted like being at work was gonna be the best part of their day.

Brennan was SO helpful! I was unsure about what I wanted and haven’t been to 7B too often since I don’t live near one. He talked to me about the menu and what he recommended and I ended up getting a drink I loved! He was a cutie patootie too :3
