After 17 years of supporting Starbucks, I completely switched over to 7 Brew once you opened here. After some trial and error, I found my absolute favorite drink—the iced cookie butter with cold foam and caramel drizzle. The product consistency, combined with the hype, friendliness, and great customer service, completely hooked me for several months. Unfortunately, things have really changed lately. The employees now seem rude, unhappy, and no longer friendly or energized. Additionally, the taste and quality of the product have become inconsistent and are not the same as before. I used to give this location a 10/10 and absolutely recommended it to everyone, but due to the recent service and product inconsistencies, I am currently at a 3/10 recommendation. It has even made me consider cutting back or taking a break from visiting. I understand that teams go through difficult periods from time to time, but I truly hope things will improve and return to the high standards of quality and service that originally won me over. Take a look at this order, tell me if I'm crazy? Is this ridiculous or not? This was one of the orders that was absolutely messed up. It was so much caramel I couldn't even drink it. Yes they made it over after I got off work, and I do appreciate that. But think of the waste of product, time and the inconvenience of the customer. 🤦♀️
