- MCMary Casler4 days ago1.0Awful. The cinnamon dessert was cold and seemed stale like it was saved in the fridge from being previously being reheated. Threw the whole thing out. The pizza was okay but as if it had already been sitting out for a while before it was picked up to be delivered. Mind you, the door dasher was waiting in the parking lot for the order to be ready and I live FIVE MINUTES AWAY. -10 never again. Horrible and pathetic. Also the lady who answered the phone needs to get a better attitude.

- JHJason HMar 29, 20261.0Instead of hiring drivers, they send everything through Doordash. As a result, the delivery experience is only as good as the random Doordash driver who takes the order. Our most recent order was left on the ground outside, despite instructions to ring the doorbell and wait. That driver missed out on a cash tip. I've been told by two other Doordash drivers that if you tip in the app, Papa John's does not pass that tip along to the driver. They just get paid a flat rate for each delivery. So it sounds like they're making extra money off of each delivery by subbing it out to Doordash instead of hiring their own drivers and providing actual customer service.

Even on the side the ingredients weren’t listed as on receipt. Got charged for on both pizza,s. They need to pay more attention on the orders since we the costumers are the ones paying for it.
