  Why does it stink so bad in this place!!!! Smells like rotten sewage!

  I visited the Lapalco McDonald’s around 10 AM today, and even though there were only three people inside and no queue, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant had a strong, unpleasant smell, and every table we tried was sticky, so we ended up cleaning our own. I ordered the Saja Boys Breakfast meal and my husband ordered the 2‑burrito meal. Everything was handed to us in a single paper bag because there were “no trays available.” The Saja Boys box wasn’t included, and when I asked, I was told they had none and was given only the collectibles. Then we noticed the hash brown was missing, so I had to go back to the counter again. The staff member simply handed it over without offering an apology. As we were leaving, another customer mentioned they also had a bad experience and wouldn’t return. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed bad smells and poor service at this location. Having experienced excellent McDonald’s service around the world (Middle East, Sri Lanka, and Far East) it’s disappointing to see such low standards here in the US.

  they are always slow and at this point gas is too high for them to be so freaking slow all day at all times doesn’t matter what time you come, I cook four days a week at home but every blue moon when I come here it’s the same slow activity. Better management is definitely needed. I’m sitting in the drive-through trapped for 20 minutes cause they’re cars in front and behind me Then I literally called them from the drive-through to see what in the world is going on and then after I spoke to whomever the line suddenly moves Ridiculous.

  Malísimo , tuvimos la peor atención y esperamos una hora y no nos dieron nuestra orden y el Joven que estaba atendiendo le hacía tirados los pedidos a las personas muy mal servicio estoy tan desepcionada jamás había pasado algo así.

  The girl in the red hair, was rude to this Elderly gentlemen. march 17th, 2026 5:15-5:19 he kept asking abput his meal. and she replied OKkkkkayyyy UGHH.... Check the cameras. i was the guy in the grey shirt
