Awful service at this location, placed our order and waited for 20 mins while other people came and went . Then when we asked about our order they had no idea what we even ordered. So we had been waiting the entire time for nothing.

Everytime I go there, it’s always something they don’t have but they still charge you for it and tell you to go online and email sonic for a refund like that has ever worked. And also when you go none of the darn booths work, they are always broken. Sonic yall need to close this location down also.

Terrible experience… we ordered from the app (bad idea), paid for our drinks, arrived, and then they tell us they’re out of fountain drinks, slushies, or ice cream. They refused to immediately issue a refund, claiming we would have to wait 3-5 business days. Not sure why it’s even possible to order something that’s out of stock/not working — someone should consider fixing this. Also, it isn’t the first time we’ve experience problems at this sonic. Learned our lesson though and will not return here. I recommend going to Arby’s instead.
Update- we called the number they gave us to get our refund, and two times we waited on hold 10 minutes (estimated wait time “less than 1 minute”) and then instead of actually answering it just hung up. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund.
