  Me and my girl go to sonic often & usually have long waits which is fine because there’s not much around here to eat. However tonight around 8:30 we placed a mobile order for a shake & a blast. We placed the mobile order at 8:36 and they brought us the ice cream out at 8:48. My blast was fine but my fiancés shake was completely liquid. We moved out of the mobile order spot to a regular one to ask for it to be remade. The woman who brought us the liquid shake was also the one who came to replace it, however she was extremely rude and said it’s not going to be thick but I can try, then we waited outside for close to 30 minutes for the replacement in which the same woman passed by us ignoring us & never brought out the replacement so we left without the shake we paid for. Super ridiculous and the shake should not be melted within 10 minutes of ordering. I took a video of how melted it was but it won’t let me upload it to the review.

  The food came out quick and also fresh and hot The carhop Joseph was very polite. The shakes also tasted great. No complaints with my experience
