I went through drive through and specifically told the lady I'm vegan and allergic to dairy. I then proceeded to tell her how I'd like my wrap dressed. I was going off the ingredients listed on the menu board. The wrap I ordered didn't list ranch as one of the ingredients. The wrap I received had ranch on it. I didn't realize it because it wasn't oozing off the wrap. 3rd bite and I saw it. I was already on the interstate so no point in turning back. But it made my trip to BR miserable. I broke out in hives, my throat was swollen shut for most of my trip. I was here for a wedding. I really wish eateries would listen, comprehend, and mention other ingredients that may be in the food that could harm someone. Very disappointed.

Had the manager (Sarah) to tell me it’s not her problem because corporate told her to use 6 tablespoons. 🤦🏽♀️ I can’t confirm if that is what they said or if she even did that but the food and the service is not worth your time or money. She was very rude and even hollered something at me as I left. Just completely unprofessional. I have ordered this same order from this establishment in at least 4 different states and never had this experience with the staff especially or the food. I wanted so bad to be happy about having one close but I won’t be back.
