Nonexistent table service, staff yelling numbers instead of serving I went to this McDonald’s in Louisiana. I ordered at a kiosk and chose table service. They gave me number 20, I put the little number stand on the table as requested, and I waited. I waited more than twenty minutes. No one came. No employee came to the table. They just yell numbers in the dining room instead of bringing orders. That is not table service. If a deaf person is there, how do they manage? They will never hear their number. If a foreign person doesn’t understand when someone yells a number in English, they wait for nothing. If someone with reduced mobility is seated, are they supposed to get up and go get their tray by themselves? And if someone has luggage or bags, they have to carry everything with them to go get their order because nobody will bring it? That is inappropriate and honestly disrespectful. After a long time, I got up and went to the counter. There was no one there. I found my tray sitting on the counter, with the ticket marked 20, just abandoned. I took it myself, with no one coming to me, no apology, no explanation. I also tried the drive-thru. The employees had attitude and barely said hello. It seems like everyone is there by obligation and the customer is just an inconvenience. I am not paying only for the food. I am also paying for a service. If that service is not provided, I feel ripped off. What is the point of offering table service on the kiosk if they just yell numbers and leave customers to fend for themselves? If you don’t have enough staff, don’t offer this system. It’s misleading. Terrible experience. I strongly do not recommend this location if you expect any professionalism or just the service you asked for.

I ordered a steak and cheese biscuit and I did not want the breakfast sauce or slivered onions on it. Just meat and cheese. I get to work and go to eat it and it’s covered in onions. I call because I do not have time to bring it back. The manager I spoke with (Laquida) was super polite and apologetic. She took my name and offered to replace the food. I go back the next day thru the drive thru and explained what I was there for and I said I wanted a Hi-C orange drink to go with it. They tell me to proceed to the first window. I didn’t really know what was considered the first window so I stop at the window where you pay. They tell me to go to the next window which the worker asked me to pull up to wait. I asked if I could get my drink right then so I could sip on it while I waited. Her reply….”Drink? I don’t have no drink. “ I say I ordered a hi c orange. She said “nah uh. You gone hafta go back roun.” I was still polite and asked why because I had ordered the drink. She huffs and starts hollering she need a manager. The manager comes and is clearly irritated and said that she did not hear me order a drink. I say well I did and she tells me I was gonna have to pay for that. I had zero problems paying for my drink. As a matter of fact I was expecting to pay for the hash brown too if they replaced that because those items were fine the first time. It was just the biscuit. I paid her and expressed how sorry I was to be a problem and confusion. She gave me the drink and I paid. By that time my food was ready and the bag was promptly and unceremoniously shoved in my direction. I drove up and pulled over to check everything. Onions. Right there on my biscuit. Albeit only 3 or 4 but there they were. I wasn’t going to send it back again. I just picked them off and ate it. The smell and texture of those onions nauseate me. I know this review was lengthy but I wanted to be thorough. When I left I felt like I was a bother and feared if I brought my biscuits back that there would be something done to it behind the scenes if you get my drift. I would hope not but it’s happened before somewhere I’m sure. Laquida (I’m probably misspelling that) you were amazing and helpful. Everyone else not so much. I rarely leave negative reviews but after I left feeling like I had done wrong or inconvenienced someone I thought enough is enough. Thank you for listening.

7 cars pulled out of drive thru to wait on food is kind of ridiculous. I was the first person pulled up and the last person to leave…. just have to mention the toddlers I had with me. Then 5 more cars were pulled out of drive through to wait with me. There were two people handing out orders and keeps asking me what I was waiting for….definitely heated🔥. Please do better management!!!

I don't know what to deal with this McDonald's location is. Been here three times now and not had a good experience at all. The first time they made us wait 30 minutes and then proceeded to give us cold food. The next time we walk into the lobby and I'll bust our butts because the whole floor is covered in grease. We also got cold food that day too. Now here I am August 2nd 2026 just me and my wife the only one's in the lobby. The manager proceeds to serve us old patties. They are literally drying and falling apart. Mcdonald's upper Management really needs to come take a look at this location and see what's going on.
