- HOHeather OgdenMay 9, 20265.0This was my first time eating at Jimmy John's and had the Thai Chicken wrap. The wrap was delicious and the staff was kind and friendly. When the member of staff noticed my drink was leaking, he handed me napkins. Good customer service is hard to find sometimes and they brought their A Game, definitely will be back.
- ASAndrea SmithOct 21, 20252.0I really enjoy Jimmy John’s sandwiches. The food is always fresh, consistent, and top-tier. However, I’ve noticed an issue with the drive-through payment process. Sometimes employees allow Apple Pay at the window, and other times they don’t. It would be helpful if the store posted a clear sign stating whether Apple Pay is accepted in the drive-through, so customers know what to expect before ordering. The main reason for using the drive-through is convenience, and it feels unfair when the policy seems to change depending on who’s working. I hope this can be addressed so the experience stays as great as the food.
