Contacted Pizza Hut headquarters, filed report and request for refund. It's now 8:59pm, order still showing "we're making your order." And my husband is STILL without dinner! All headquarters couls tell me was that the general manager would contact within 1-3 days. I asked where my husband's food was.... with "unfortunately, I cannot contact this location directly," and I even conference called headquarters with this location. Will NEVER use this location again! With that, after headquarters experience, most likely Pizza Hut in general. This was an absolute joke!

I don't know why customer service is so terribe in chain restaurants around this area.
