    A hard HELL NO!!! Store hours says open 24 hours but staff are walking around as if they can’t see anyone in drive thru and doesn’t say anything at the speaker. This is a new location but they need to close it down ASAP because this is ridiculous.

    No people at the counter - all done through kiosk. Terrible service-only 1 kiosk working and employees rarely come out to check on customers. Tables were dirty and there are no napkins to use to clean up. Stop at Burger King!!!!

    I’ve been in this new location and in the drive thru my food should not be cold when you hand it to me additionally the order is always wrong. The people inside do not care about customer service, professionalism or commitment to their jobs. McDonald’s no longer have to worry about me and my family spending our hard earned money with them anymore. Management/ GM/ Corporate do something no just reply to these reviews actually make a change.
