- BJB JMay 1, 20261.0Pre-tipped $10 for an on post delivery. The pizza was smashed against the side of the box. The delivery driver didn't care, the manager didn't care. Never again.

The second time I ordered delivery trying to give it another try my food came cold and I was missing the cookie and by the time I got to the door for the cookie she was gone in 5 seconds. I ordered delivery but still have to go to the store myself to pick up the cookie and have the pizza remade. Grateful they did that but took time out of my schedule when I have school and needed the delivery.

- TTTN98Feb 18, 20262.0Not a reliable Pizza Hut. No joke 9 times out of 10 it will be 20 to 25 minutes after it's supposed to be done. I've placed several orders that were supposed to be ready at 11:27 to 11:30 and it's taken until after 12 a couple times. Depending on who is working it can be ridiculously slow. I finally got my food today at 11:55AM and food was supposed to be ready at 11:27AM. She told me it wasn't done and then after all this time she called me back up there and it was ready the whole time, so now our food had just been sitting there for 30 minutes. My coworker and myself won't have time to eat before we go back on shift.
