Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MPMegan PellerinMay 1, 20261.0First off we noticed they are not as friendly as our hometown whataburger in Lafayette/ambassador location. Why are yall so unhappy in the workplace? This is a customer service job. I ordered biscuits and gravy in drive through. They gave me a biscuit that had a wet soggy edge on it. With who knows what. And I was going to cut it off and keep going. But then I opened the gravy container and its full of grease over the top. I was so disgusted. Didn't have time to turn around to get my money back. If you can push through to another place, I would recommend to keep going.

Which the child did not know the answer to. The person who answered the phone got very rude and threatened to call the cops on my child for asking a simple question that was not understood. As far as my experience there, it was not good at this point in time. The people are very rude and think they are something special.
