  Waited 35 minutes to get my drive thru order. I had to get out of the car to remind them we were waiting for our order. After getting back into the car, we checked the bag and the order was incomplete. We had to go back inside just to get our complete order. Horrible service.

  To fight was the worst experience ive had at any fast food restaurant ever. Placed an online order. Went inside and gave my name and asked a girl working if the order in the window was mine. She made a face, rolled her eyes, and turned away from me. I asked the next person who came by the same question. She looked at it and said it wasnt mine with an attitude and just walked away. I waited 20 minutes until another person came up. I asked her about my order and she said that the one in the window was mine. It was there the whole time getting soggy and old. I told her about the situation and she just said "I dont know what to tell you" and walked away. Unwilling to help or get a manager. The whole crew obviously doesn't want to be there as I could hear them talking about each other having attitudes from their stations while they were ignoring customers and treating them with disrespect. Customer service here used to be good. Very sad to see this
