  Didn’t like the fact that they only had tender an the service was horrible the lady at the window was literally talking to the other person on the headset while holding her other hand out for my payment while holding the window open with the same arm was very unpleasant

  They need to get bone-in chicken, white meat isn’t as good as dark meat chicken. Nogales needs to get rid of the boneless chicken restaurants and have bone-in at all locations.

  945pm weds may 13. Not allowed to order a steak biscuit because they are getting ready to close at 10pm. Seriously? It takes what, 2 or 3 mins to cook the steak???

  No time posted on the door. Online says 5:30am open. Came in at 5:45am to get food for the road, woman inside yelling out that they are not open yet but the doors are wide open and lights are on, telling me the time on the door says 6:00am. No sign anywhere, as well as doors being unlocked and open. Seems they are running late and don’t want to work. Great way to turn away customers. 💩 👎 0/5⭐️

  Great chicken - moist - flavorful. Fries clearly hadnt been cooked anytime recently. They were petrified, stale, and cold, half of them were hollow stale shells. You know the team knew they were past fresh and didnt care. Didnt even hestitate to fill our order with them to get rid of us asap. We also didnt get straws. And one fork fork for 2 mac n cheese.
