- RMRobert MitchellJul 31, 20261.0I'd rate the food, but after being harassed by two employees at least 5 times within 60 seconds to order food, if I was picking up food, or how I would pay for food, I left. Not even a chance to peruse the menu board, offered a paper menu, or assured to take my time before ordering to make sure of what I wanted to enjoy as my meal. It's like they were having a contest to see who could process customers the fastest. I've had better experiences on a used car lot with hungry salespersons circling like sharks with blood in the water. I would have asked for a manager, but then I wouldn't trust the food. First time back since the place was opened and they lost an online order and I refuted the charge with my bank. After seeing other reviews, I'll avoid as there are other option.

They also gave me the incorrect drink (had it delivered). The fries were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting out and had no seasoning on them whatsoever. When I called the store location to speak to someone about the order error, she tried to blame me as if I ordered incorrectly. Once she realized what I was saying, she proceeds to tell me “so you wanna bring them back?” I say yes and she just hangs up in my Face. Very rude and annoying. I don't even want to have my food remade by you with the way she acted. Hire better people wing stop. Smh🤦🏾♀️.

Luckily, I went inside WingStop and was met with a very helpful lady named Candace. Candace made me feel better explaining the website has issues, so she did my order for me and ensured I got the same deal. She was so polite! Exceptional service and I had dinner for my family in less than 10 minutes!
