    I hate to say it, but it seems like if you're asked to tip first, which i did, the service lowers. I got two ketchup packets, no napkins, and server acted annoyed at my parking job. To be fair, how else can you park at the car hop and press buttons on the monitor.

    I waited 20 minutes for an app order of 2 drinks and when I asked them to cancel it and give me my money back the worker was rude and hostile

    We waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order of just three drinks. I called inside to inquire about the order. The girl who answered was extremely rude and hung up the phone before I could finish speaking.
