  They’ve pushed my order through twice without it actually being made when I went to pick it up, I got email saying they were ready. The first time it was about a 20 minute wait, the second time it was 51 minutes. I can understand pushing an order through 10,15, even 20 minutes early.. but an hour? That’s not even including the 20mins or so from the time the email was sent to me arriving to pick it up. What made it worse was the manager was sitting down eating while his workers were busting tale to get their orders out. The lobby was so full of door dash drivers that some were waiting outside and in their cars, the ones I talked to said their pick ups were showing as ready too.

  This is insane. Worst experience ever. Order pick up all for the guy in the front not paying attention and gives our order to a door dasher and then had the nerve to try to have us wait on her to bring it back to give to us . Gross . Unacceptable. Comon sense to make a new one and then says it will take 15 minutes and ended up waiting hour when our order was originally ready upon arrival .once the door dasher came back with the food 20 min later . He let her keep 70 bucks worth of food... Wont be back to this location

  Got half both my pizzas wrong. I ordered 2 medium, one with pineapple and bacon, the other with pepperoni. There was no bacon or pepperoni.
