  Mess my order at least half the time if not more. I cannot have ketchup and always ask to not have it on there but they still put on there. This last visit one hamburger they did correctly and the other was completely wrong so seems deliberate. Not going there again

  We went through the drive-thru Sunday afternoon, and the girl working the second window…who I believe was named Aubrey. Was apparently having a much more important day than we were. She never acknowledged us once because she was too busy continuing a personal conversation about someone’s boyfriend while at the window. She handed us our drinks and bag without saying a word, looked at us, continued yap, and then just walked away. No “here you go,” no “have a good day,” no indication that our order was even complete. We basically had to use context clues to determine that our McDonald’s experience had concluded. Then we checked the food and, shockingly, the same level of care had gone into the order. We didn’t receive the items we actually asked for, and there was a random sauce packet sitting directly in my fries the same loose sauce packets that are handled by employees and their dogs all day. Nothing says “I’m lovin’ it” quite like wondering how many hands have touched the object currently marinating in your French fries. I’m not expecting five-star service from a McDonald’s drive-thru, but acknowledging the customer, getting the order somewhat correct, not gossiping while serving food, and keeping random handled objects out of someone’s fries feels like a pretty reasonable baseline. The complete lack of professionalism or care was honestly impressive.

  Im not one to complain much, but bro i had a simple order number 1 add mayo and bacon. Food didn’t take long, when i got to the second window she asked if I had the big mac meal, I said yes. She then hands me the order, I then ask “this does have mayo and bacon on it right” she says yes.. right, i got home it was plain, the food was good but bro yall gotta do better.

  Pure laziness . The worst experience i have honestly had . Doordashed a order . The mocha cup was busted on the bottom they thought it was acceptable to just slap another cup under it and deliver it that way also was supposed to be no whip on it , ordered ceaser sandwhich just no lettuce tomato they literally sent me a sandwhich with mayo slapped on it thats it , then fries and all the rest of food looked old and soggy. Whoever made the order you need to be fired asap!! Beyond lazy! Would not at all recommend this place!
