  The lobby was closed so i had to use the drive thru. Prices now are outrageous! Nonetheless, nobody can top them for fast food roast beef. I asked the cashier the difference between Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce and they said, "I don't know. Here...just try it." I got 2 packs of Arby's sauce ONLY and then the window got closed in my face. Considering there are not many in the entire state of Louisiana left, you'd think they'd be more courteous. I wouldn't be shocked if they shut down soon. Never anybody there anyway. (Location in Denham Springs)

  Why even have a lobby in the first place if it’s never open? I went at 8:30 to try and go open the lobby door and the doors locked, no signs or anything saying why it’d be closed so early. I assumed they weren’t even open until I went through the drive thru. The sign on the door says the lobby isn’t supposed to close till ten. The is absolutely ridiculous, almost every night the lobby is closed.

  We got there went inside to order our food. Upon doing so turned to get our sodas and the counter had ants on it. We notified one of the ladies behind the counter who seemed at first to be unpleased to have to clean up the counter from the ants (health violation?). We then witnessed an employee consistently pushing up his glasses, itching his face, nose and playing with his facial hair as well as run the cash register. He never washed or sanitized his hands before proceeding to handle food. It took us 20 minutes plus to get our food because the drive thru took precedents over the stacking up lobby. Eat at your own risk!!
