  I order from Tropical Smoothie a lot. Today was the worst experience I have had. I ordered in the app which usually is ready about 10-15 minutes later. I arrived at the store close to 10 minutes later. There was a young lady in the store also waiting. I could see on the screen that my order was 1 and hers was 2. The only worker there was working on smoothies and there was a bag of food on the counter. When the smoothies were done, the worker handed me my 2 smoothies but the young lady got her entire food and smoothie order. My food order was not even started. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. By then, my smoothies were melted. It took close to 30 minutes to get my order even though mine was placed before the young lady. I’m very disappointed in this whole experience today.

  I got the breakfast quesadilla. It was cold and had no type of seasoning on it. On the other hand got the PB protein crunch and it was awesome. On the last note one of the employees was arguing with the other employee (which he was not arguing back). The same employee when she handed me by food I said thank you and didn’t even acknowledge me.
