  Employees do not come to the counter and ignores anyone who does until they are ready to serve an order requiring you to use the kiosk only to order. Priority is put on drive-thru with multiple orders (4-5) being served through drive through before anyone inside is served.

  I didn't get to have an experience to share...BUT the staff is excellent at hide & seek.

  They should change the “fast food” to “slowest food” cuz I’ve had to wait 25mins for 2 quesadilla won’t even give the refund

  How difficult is it to make orders at taco bell. Im stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes now... I changed my mind but I can't leave... HELP!!

  Stood waiting for roughly 20 minutes. Was not greeted, kept getting looked at but not even a hello. Very disappointed as someone that’s worked in the good industry.
