  Pulled into the stall #28 presses the activation button and waited then I seen that it it was no longer activated. I then order from my app. This is the second time in the last few months k stopped at this location. Last time o left I get lunch time and maybe even being short handed but there weren’t many cars la parked. I get my drink didn’t have the added fruit I asked for. Food was warm not hot.

  This location used to be decent, but it’s gone to shit in the recent months. The wait times are ridiculous. I understand some things take time for waiting 15+ minutes for 2 ICE WATERS is insane. And that’s just for drinks! You’re waiting 30+ minutes if you’re ordering food.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I arrived approximately five minutes before closing and were treated in a way that was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. An employee named Jhace came outside, made a mocking comment toward us, then went back inside and repeatedly flipped us off through the window. He later came back to the door, continued making obscene gestures, and taunted us further, which made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable. Another employee brought our food out, but by that point the experience had already made us feel so unwelcome that we were unable to eat it. As we were leaving, Jhace continued the behavior by waving us off and making another disrespectful remark. There was no reason for us to be treated this way. If the restaurant was no longer serving food because it was close to closing time, that could have been communicated respectfully. Instead, we were mocked, harassed, and made to feel unwelcome for simply trying to place an order. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this establishment based on the way we were treated.

  Next to this sonic there is a Chick Fil A, Taco Bell, and even a Chinese take out place right next to it. All of which I would rather go to than this sonic. It’s never fresh, they take FOREVER, and the overall quality of the food has dropped. Sonic used to be great. THIS specific sonic used to be great but wow. Trash now. Terrible establishment.
