  I just sent someone to pick up a $200 order, I clearly checked no mayo, take mayo packets, take mustard packets and napkins. I got NONE OF THOSE. I’m feeding 20 people and we were on a schedule and at a remote site 20 mins from the location so there is no driving 20 mins to JJ’s again and back to the site wasn’t an option. Why is it so hard to read the order and how do you not check a $200 order. I wish I could get back my $40 tip!

  Way too overpriced. Could have gotten a steak for 22.00. Sandwich was nothing special. Employees were very nice and welcoming

  Long time customer. I will never be going here again. Horrible management that just doesn't care about quality of service. An embarrasment to the Jimmy John's brand. If corporate cares and wants to reach out, feel free to contact me here with a number to call. Service has been going downhill for awhile here, but tonight I had the most disrespectful experiece possible. Names of the employees. Billy (told me he was a manager in training), and a second employee Darren, that stated he was the manager. The incident happened on 10/5/21 at 7:45pm. I'm a business owner and I know that hiring has been hard on all businesses, but unfortunately I will never be coming here again, and I'm sure by the way they acted that they were more than comfortable treating customers this way. So I would expect that over time many others will have the same opinion.
