- EREmmanuel RahmanJun 21, 20265.0First off, I’ve been going to Dunkin for years now. My normal run on the weekends about 3pm getting my iced coffee. Staff have always been great and friendly. They see my truck and know my drink. I noticed a few people have left negative reviews based on one bad experience or isolated incident. These are people working the location making your coffee while you could have made it at home. The staff here are great, do mistakes happen? They could, nobody is perfect. Instead of going online, try talking to the staff. “Excuse me, I ordered this particular coffee and it didn’t come out right. Can you please remake it ?” It seems some people’s idea of life is to hide behind the vails of the internet. If you had tried to speak to staff and management with no resolve, by all means leave your opinion. I use the mobile app because it’s easy and allows me to order my drink ahead of time. By the time I pull up, it’s ready. Not sure why you don’t use the app of you frequent the business since your loosing reward points. Recently the store was remolded to have a newer updated look. I don’t see any issues with store cleanliness. You can see into the working areas, watch the staff make your food. For those that don’t know what they want, asking the staff will be helpful. They can recommend food or drinks based on stuff you like or drink at other coffee shops. Overall I’ll give this location a 10 out of 10. The stores clean, staff are friendly and attentive. Hopefully some of you reviewers see my review and take a minute to reflect on yourselves. Try speaking not just here but whatever place you’re at before becoming a food critic.

Grease everywhere, floor disgusting, food prep/ drink areas were disgusting as well. Girl was playing on her phone and joking around when she could been cleaning. First time trying Dunkin’ safe to say I won’t be doing it again.

The floor behind the counters look like they are just covered in nasty water and slime. The two basically kids working behind the counter were in the back hiding on their phones. This location needs to be better managed.
