We stopped at this location after 9 hours of driving during a 16-hour road trip with our family of 8. We chose Chipotle specifically because it’s usually quick, consistent, and easy with a large group. Unfortunately, this location was completely unprepared to serve customers. They were out of chips, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, roasted corn salsa, fajita veggies, sour cream, and cheese, which is a huge portion of the menu. At that point, it barely resembled a Chipotle experience. What made it worse was the lack of any effort to make things right. We asked if there was anything they could do to improve the situation (a discount, complimentary item, anything), and were told no. No apology, no acknowledgment of how inconvenient this was, especially for a large, tired family with limited options on a long drive. The food we did receive was bland and lacked flavor, likely due to the missing ingredients. Overall, it was one of the worst Chipotle experiences we’ve had. I understand that shortages happen, but the way it’s handled makes all the difference. This location fell short on both preparation and customer service.
