  This location is absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t waste your time showing up cause they are always out of majority of the items. 4 times within 7 days they were out of something. Never again.

  Every other time I come, even if 11 am in the morning, they are out of something. This morning it was steak. I love the food here so to not be able to order what you offer because you have none, is very disappointing. Today I left without purchasing a meal.

  I don’t know how you can mess up Chipotle but this location regularly does. Everything here goes wrong, every time. I admittedly don’t know the cause, understaffed? Bad management? Who knows. But these are the recurring problems. : 1- they are slow, so so so so very slow 2- the food is often bad, undercooked rice, old stale chips, brown guacamole, loosely wrapped burritos that fall apart, bad proportions which cause the food to be soupy, etc. every time it’s a new surprise. 3- they ignore you/forget about you, like if you are trying to ask for something they forgot, or waiting for a pickup order that never gets put out, if you are not the next customer in line to order/pay it’s like your not there… you will never be acknowledged if you hover near the register, so your only choice is to get in line and wait 20 mins to ask for what you need, because again they are so so so so very slow. 4- their bathrooms smell HORRIFIC like backed up sewage. Not just like someone was having a bad day, like you are inside a septic tank. 🤮🤮🤮 While I was there today I saw a girl get hosed down with rootbeer at the drink fountain because the little black cap wasn’t on the nozzle. I will say the workers have been pleasant if you are fortunate enough to be acknowledged, I haven’t experienced rudeness from them. So at least there is that. But honestly I would drive the extra 2 miles to the mandeville location and just pretend like this one doesn’t exist. The 3 times I have gone there in the last 6 months is when I accidentally put in a carry out order and forgot to choose the mandeville location.

  had a horrible day and asked my boyfriend to get me chipotle well i ended up with three TINY tacos and they filled up a cup of queso in front of him and didn’t even put it in the bag…they THREW my food in there and were so rude to him. the workers are obviously high out of their minds. they almost didn’t even have him pay lmao

  This place needs a new manager asap. Last week I came in and they were completely out of rice and honey chipotle chicken. It is unacceptable for a Mexican restaurant to run out of rice. Ridiculous. I’m back again today and the line is out there door. There’s only one person running the entire line up there including the payments. The aguas frescas are all empty too with the lids inside. Clearly the opening crew just didn’t make them. This location is horrible. UPDATE: finally made it through the line only to find out they are out of cheese. OUT OF CHEESE.
