  My first time. I ordered steak as my protein. They were very small cubes, but chewy, full of gristle, and had an odd taste. For $20 (including a fountain drink), I was very disappointed. I called to complain but no one answered. That was my first and last time at Cava.

  Wow... this was not good. We did a blind taste test to see if we could tell the difference between the chicken and steak, but we couldn't. Every protein was so overwhelmingly salty that all the flavors tasted the same. The service was rude, and paying $55 for two bowls that tasted like a salt lick felt like a complete waste of money. The poor lady behind us complained about getting a half scoop of something that is upcharged (it was a half scoop) but the worker denied. That lady even came to our table to ask if we are as disappointed as she was and our answer was yes. At least we can say we tried it, but unfortunately, we won't be back. Fast food can be healthy and good... thats not cava Photo looks okay but the food is not

  This is our new favorite place! The service and quality of food that we get here is honestly better than one thirteen in Mandeville! The staff is always very friendly and always has their hair covered. We have been going here weekly and I was just made aware that you can leave a review here so that some of the employees are recognized for their service. On three different occasions, I had wonderful experiences because of the three following individuals. Alana, Jemiah and Alec. I highly recommend! Thank you for your consistency and excellent customer service!

  Kirsten and Emily were wonderful at explaining the food choices. My wife and I are trying to eat healthier, and they helped choose the best things for us to get to go with the new salmon. While I may not be a big fan of the salmon, I do really like all of the other choices, and I will definitely be back!

  You can not reach these people by phone, been trying to call it say hit 2 if calling about a current order and it does not take that selection. I will never order here again can't stand not being g able to reach a restaurant by phone. Too many other restaurants I can order from and call them and reach a human. I had a problem placing my order and can't reach anyone for help. I will never order from here again unless the fix their communication with their customers poor business practice. Not everyone lines texting and online communication 🙄
