  Apparently they close at 8pm not 10pm so the hours of operation need to be corrected. I placed my order at 7:56pm and with four different delivery drivers and a door dash support specialist at 9:15 I found out that they were closed. I will never order from Arbys again this is the 3rd time I've had an issue with this location and it's my last. DO BETTER PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY

  The wait wasn't bad but didn't get a receipt AND they forgot one of my entree. Called back and the young lady who took my order asked what did I want to do. Come back or wasn't given another option. My son went back for his food. I expect crappy service in Mandeville but I guess Covington too now. How hard is it to put a sandwich in a bag and two check that it's in the bag?

  Doors locked at 830pm on Wednesday 06/03/2026 Tried to grab a bite for dinner and doors were closed and locked. I guess this store doesn't like money.

  I find this to be the best Arby’s compared to a few others. Arby’s has a bigger menu than all other fast food places of this type.
