  This is the first time I have been to this Arby's location since I moved to the northsore. I walk in to a very warm welcome from everyone working there. I ordered my food, and the lady whp was tsking my order was very helpful with certain questions pertaining to my order. She was also very polite while doing it. After I order and pay she and the others get to making my order all while having a nice conversation with me. They were very quick with preparing it and even apologized for the wait due to cooking two of my items fresh. This was very professional and the product was just as good. I will definitely go back there again. Nowadays it's easy to make complaints and a lot are warranted. But this case deserves to be praised. Great job.

  Apparently they close at 8pm not 10pm so the hours of operation need to be corrected. I placed my order at 7:56pm and with four different delivery drivers and a door dash support specialist at 9:15 I found out that they were closed. I will never order from Arbys again this is the 3rd time I've had an issue with this location and it's my last. DO BETTER PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY

  The wait wasn't bad but didn't get a receipt AND they forgot one of my entree. Called back and the young lady who took my order asked what did I want to do. Come back or wasn't given another option. My son went back for his food. I expect crappy service in Mandeville but I guess Covington too now. How hard is it to put a sandwich in a bag and two check that it's in the bag?
