  I’ve been a customer here since they opened their doors in Chalmette. You get way more for your money. The drinks are amazing! The mocha chiller with an extra shot and chocolate drizzle is my go to! My kids love the milkshakes, the iced chai is delicious, the 7 energy’s are super refreshing. They have endless delicious combinations of flavors, including sugar free!!! They also have a secret menu that you can find and order from. They have free swag all the time, and not cheap crappy stuff either. Coasters, brewsies, t-shirts, free drinks, & stickers! To top it off, their staff is outstanding. No matter what time of day we go, they know us. Everyone is super friendly and genuine. It’s like catching up with a family member when you’re waiting on your drinks to come. Super fast and efficient! I recommend this place to everyone!! 10/10

  I literally just left the Chalmette location for what was supposed to be a drink for free for my birthday. While I appreciate the free drink from the company, what I don't appreciate was the service. spoke the a young girl (reddish colored shirt on, black hair) I wasn't familiar with the shake menu so I wanted to try the cookies and cream. when you pull up to the station there are four maybe 5 selections listed but they did tell me before that there are more but I just went with what showed on the board and asked for a cookies ? I said no, cookies and cream while HE INSISTED that I try the one I DID NOT ask for because in his words, "but its good though" I insisted that I wanted the one I chose, mind you he tried to convince me more than once before he brought it inside. I watched him and the girl have talk about it and he sat it on the table beside her so that I could no longer see it. He literally walked outside to give someone else their order and then went in and grabbed the cup he put down and gave it to me. She added something in to that SAME cup to make it look more like an off white and he gave it back. I LITERALLY told him, "that's the same drink" he said "but its good, try it" I said it again, then I said, she didn't make my drink that fast and I watched you and her, he LITERTALLY hunched his shoulders and said AGAIN, "BUT TRY IT, ITS GOOD!" He couldn't even deny that I was given the same drink! Now, the reason I know it was the same cup is when he brought it out the 1st time I saw something on the bottom, when he returned after claiming its a different drink, I looked at the bottom of the cup, it was the same. Why ask what we want if we cant have it? Why get such an attitude as if you all were so freaking busy, not to just make the one I asked for. My kid said she must've not heard it correctly which would've been fine but to NOT remake it, totally ridiculous! If the owner cares enough to read this, you had 3 people working, I only interacted with 2, the young black lady was making drinks but she just kept working, it was the other 2 and I saw the boy throw his hands in the air when talking to the other girl who took and made my order and obviously had an attitude about remaking it and meant that she wasn't doing it either which she didn't, which Ied to this review. This is the 1st time I've had and issue here and I never get an issue nor attitude when I'm paying for items.

  Stopped by 7 Brew in Chalmette and had a great experience. The drinks were made exactly how I wanted them and tasted amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and made the whole visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Alizon for being incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient while helping me choose a drink I ended up loving. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and creating a positive experience. Everyone had a great attitude, and the whole experience was quick and easy. Definitely one of the best coffee runs I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

  I am a frequent customer of 7 brew in Arabi. We love the friendly employees and variety of choices. Unfortunately I will not be giving them my business anymore. I went there today and paid $14 plus tip for 2 energy drinks. When I was handed one of the drinks, the top was not secured all the way and when I went to stick it in my cup holder it spilled everywhere. Even though I had not even pulled off yet, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and I would not be able to get a replacement. That’s pretty petty. Nobody has time for that.

  My daughter said she wanted to try 7 Brew, I told her that I had been and the staff was AWESOME, I had gone to the one on Veterans but I brought my daughter to the Chalmette location and it was just as pleasant! She Loved her drink so much that I had to bring her back yesterday to get another one this time we went to the Metairie location and SAME everyone was great! My youngest daughter even ordered a kids “coffee” (Cookies & Cream Shake) she LOVED it! Keep up the great work guys well DEFINITELY be back!
