- JMJoe MorganMay 3, 20265.010/10 experience. Workers were extremely friendly. Food was prepared quickly and tasted excellent. An order of fries wasn’t made so they didn’t charge us for them and made a new batch. Amazing place to go.

The staff got an Attitude when brought to their attention. My son went to get our drink cups and a staff member acted like he was bothering him. Now this morning everyone in our house and the other 2 households are sick. Now we are all taking Zofran and Emetrol because of this . Whoever the guy was in the black shirt he was really obnoxious on May 1, 2026 around 8:00 pm. I’ve been here several times but this will be my last.

Pros: Good customer service. Food was good. Gluten Free option was taken serious. I'll come back for a 2nd try. Maybe they're just having a bad day. We'll see on the second visit.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
