  Dear Manager, I am writing regarding multiple negative experiences I have had at your location over the past two weeks. Today, I visited your restaurant and ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget Happy Meal with a specialty drink. I was informed that the specialty drink was unavailable, which I understood. However, after waiting well over 15 minutes for my order, I later discovered that instead of chicken nuggets, my daughter’s Happy Meal contained a breakfast sausage patty. Unfortunately, I did not think to check the bag before leaving due to the excessive wait time and the expectation that the order would at least be correct. For an order totaling over $10, this level of service was extremely disappointing. Additionally, last week at this same location, I experienced another issue where I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and was then verbally attacked by an employee. I contacted customer service afterward to report the incident, but no one ever followed up with me as promised. At this point, I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to discuss these matters and provide some resolution regarding the repeated poor service and lack of follow-up. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

  Should not take 30mins to get breakfast when nobody is even in line. I saw customer's just walking out in frustration.

  Im so tired of the night crew hiding inside the store 1-3 hours of close & using the "order is ready' function on doordash to make it look like they made tge order & never actually so it. Happens all rhe time. Happened just now as im sitting at the box for 5 minutes with no response yet "my order is now ready" yeah OHHH K. noggt staff is absolutely embarrassing & if thats not 2 say morning is any better. about a week ago I showed up to pick up an order that when I arrived had veen ordered in the system for over an hour. I sit and sit and watch as people who come in after me by 20-30 minutes order and get there order in 10 minutes as well as watching drive through people pull in and out in 5 minutes. All while watching a staff FULL of workers doing jack all while one tries to do everything (younger woman with the Bob like haircut) no 1 gives a crap here and the overall rating rightfully reflects that

  Beware this location has horrible service. Slow, uncaring, and they will mess up even a very simple order. Franchise owner should be ashamed.

  I waited 30 minutes for my kids’ food from the drive thru and when I received it, their food was cold. I cannot believe this.
