  We ordered online, waited 30 minutes… drove there to pick up our order, the lady tells us they are out of boneless wings and they can’t cancel our order because the manager has the code. So we didn’t get our food or our money back because we have to wait for an override from the manager. No phone call stating anything about being out of food, nothing on the website showing unavailable items. We have to call in the morning to make sure they credit us back. They had a long line of angry customers who placed orders and had the same outcome. This place is sad, we will never be back.

  Wingstop is a really good place for a quick fast wings, lemon pepper and honey. Barbecue are really good flavors. The fries are really good. I like the oil and I wanna know whatever it is. It’s really good and the fries are perfectly seasoned and the ranch is really good and does not taste like cheap hidden Valley Ranch. I haven’t been inside one yet so I can’t give a proper reading about the service and atmosphere.

  Man.. I saw the low reviews and really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but man, the wings do not taste like Wingstop. The people are very kind but this ownership of this location is not the standard of Wingstop. I believe training is severely needed in the kitchen. Seasoning portion, distribution of product, and date of product. My wings were very soggy and did not taste well. (The card machines are also very greasy. This is a bad look for customers walking in. However, the trash was dumped and soda station was maintained which was a plus.) Fries also, poorly seasoned and again, did not taste how Wingstop fries are suppose to taste to their standard. I hope this review reaches the owner before corporate sees this. This food does not taste like Wingstop at all…….

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Wingstop location. My initial order was prepared incorrectly and delivered wrong. Upon contacting the store, staff immediately attributed the issue to the delivery service rather than reviewing the order internally. After reaching out to the delivery provider, they confirmed that the items delivered matched exactly what was provided to them by the store. This indicates the error originated at the restaurant. Despite this, the staff continued to assert the order had been prepared correctly until they reviewed their system and acknowledged that the order had not been entered properly. I then visited the store in person to have the issue resolved. Unfortunately, the order was still incorrect upon arrival. The situation required further discussion before staff recognized the mistake again and remade the order. While errors can occur, the lack of accountability, ineffective communication, and repeated inaccuracies reflect poorly on both customer service standards and store management. This experience did not meet reasonable expectations for quality or professionalism.
