- LRLucy RobinApr 23, 20261.0I ordered 4 pizzas online. 3 pepperoni and one meatzza. I recieved 3 pepperoni and one cheese. When I called to get it fixed they told me it was my fault because I ordered a meatzza and took off all the meat before placing the order. I told them why would I spend money on a specialty pizza then take off all the items that made it that pizza. They said it wasnt their fault that it was mine. I told them I understood that they made the pizza that showed up on their screen and it wasnt their fault but it must have been a glitch in the system because I didnt mess up either. She told me very rudely that they would remake the pizza but I'd have to pick it up. I said I did delivery for a reason and she said I could only get delivery if I paid for it again. When I told her no she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back 3 times and she hung up as soon as she answered. Then finally answered and went back n forth about the same issue again. I asked for a manager or general manager and she said she couldnt give me that info. After enough arguing I told her to make the dang pizza and I'd find someone to pick it up. When they got there the pizza hadn't even been started on. This was the most unprofessional situation ive ever experienced. I tried putting in a report and all it did was offer me a free pizza that I have to use within 30 days. I couldnt speak to anyone to put in complaint so here I am.
