  Rude customer service 8:15am is when I bought a soda and sat down to enjoy a refillable drink with the intent to drink a refillable soda. I no longer feel like this was a good purchase because of the staff having private issues that God said was something about adolescence and puberty and the chance of this being true without divine anything from me is very likely when it come to body and life timing. I hate how they are so rude even when I express my grievances. I don’t even get the polite treatment of an insulted customer treatment because they don’t treat me fairly for knowing civil law and how to handle a restaurant response. I don’t think they were professional enough and it should show because whataburger has higher standards for guest that I’m familiar with from working with a whataburger. I don’t like that I walk into peoples life issues and how they will treat me horribly my entire stay because they just want me to leave which is why I want to throw my drink at their window. 8:29pm left I can no longer dine here because of their attitude and I won’t accept damages when I dine it by being called rude prejudice remarks like homeless man when I pay for my food and drink every single visit.

  A 4 star because my drink wasn't an Arnold Palmer (plan lemonade 😩) BUT overall service was excellent and the burger was PERFECT!

  The food is really good, hot and fresh. The customer service is excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the music is so loud! My Mom and I dined in and we had a hard time visiting during our meal because it was difficult to hear each other, due to the excessively loud music.

  Horrible experience. They got the order wrong and proceeded to curse and make a small situation big. I was shocked and had my three year old listening. Won't be returning

  Whataburger on Airline Drove always has top notch food and service. They keep everything clean and food tastes fresh. Jennifer, the manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me make my dad’s Father’s Day gift special (giving me a key chain, glasses, a box and paper). I had to get him a gift card to his favorite restaurant (and favorite location). Thank you Jennifer and Whataburger Airline Drive for always taking care of us!
