  I just got off work and right here of Bossier city the Whataburger on Benton Road I had ordered it was 5:10 AM. I had ordered two bacon and egg.taq They were nice and hot, but my french fries was salty and cold. I mean when I always go to the other Whataburger on Airline Drive, my fries and stuff would be hot like fresh I observed both or water burgers because I’m trying to find out which one is the better one and as of right now, I think the one in the airline drive it is.

  I went through the drive thru when there was only one other person in line. The drive thru order taker took my order. I had communication issues because they kept repeating back "bacon wrap" when I said "big ranch wrap". When I got the receipt it was rung in correctly. The communication issue was minor. The food was awful. The wrap was hot but was not wrapped properly so when I opened the paper it immediately fell apart in my lap. My whataburger Jr with cheese usually needs to be made fresh. Not here. They took a cold burger way past it's hold time, unwrapped it and stuck a piece of cheese on it, then served it to me like it was fresh. On top of all of that, I sat at the window for several minutes only to be served improperly prepared or cold food. I cannot recommend this location in good faith.

  Ordered the chicken strips kids meal with gravy. I will say their gravy was good!! I literally drank what I didn’t use on my fries and chicken strips. Hahah

  Nothing extravagant compared to other visits. Check-in for mobile orders can be a real headache given the lack of internet service in this area. I realize this isn't Whataburgers fault but perhaps having wi-fi available to customers would solve this issue??? If it's already available, I apologize as I've never seen the option while on site. Also, their "competitor" located nearby has a nice app "perk" which I'd love to see be added to Whataburgers app orders. You don't have to put in a pick up time when you place your order. The store can locate your whereabouts when you get close & that tells them when to begin making your order so it's ready upon arrival....(allegedly). :-) Great concept if/when it works.

  I love Whataburger but after eating there this time I got sick, I can't say 100% it's Whataburgers fault but that was the only thing I ate in the evening and I was sick until the next morning. I think I'm going to have to stay away from here for a bit.
