  Ok. I don't know what happened here. Maybe the government owns the place now and everyone has adopted the "good enough for government work" mantra. In the past three months when we get something like a blast there are pieces in the bottom of the cup and some sitting on top with zero effort made to mix them in. This has occurred on several occasions. I thought their effort level could not get any lower but tonight they proved me wrong. (See picture) WHAT IS THIS!? YOU CALL THAT PUTTING WHIPPED CREAM ON ICE CREAM! My penny pinching, great depression era, grandfather would call this pathetic! We should have just driven to the location on East 70th.

  Everything is good except these ordering machines are trashhhh they can barely hear me and they never work with tap to pay or the card readers brocken, they get so much business idk why its hard to fix this

  No sauce for the burritos, they didn’t put tots on the ultimate meat and cheese burritos “, and they didn’t make the refreshers correctly. This sonic fell off under new leadership it used to be good. I’ve heard others say the same thing.
