  i placed a pick up order for 7:30 and i checked in about 7:15, it’s 8pm and i still never received my order .. a car pulled up next to me and got his food before me ?… there’s no sense of urgency here at all. multiple people are waiting for their food and then i was informed id have to wait for the manager because the employees walked out

  The speakers are terrible the staff can’t hear you. Whoever the person the female that took my order an attitude was not needed because you couldn’t hear me properly and I am trying correct the order that you have on the screen. You could have done what the other young lady did which was go out to the vehicle and received the order. All I’m saying is fix the speakers and be kind to the person your serving please and thank you.

  This is the best Sonic location in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Marcus and the afternoon crew always provide amazing service. I always make sure to go out of my way to go to this Sonic location.
