  INSANELY RUDE. We just left because after sitting for 20 minutes because we never got a response. We tried 2 different drive up buttons & the drive through. We asked someone if they were open & they said yes. Then after several other failed attempts at placing an order we asked a worker why no one was responding & he said "they're cleaning" we told him we've been waiting for 20 minutes so he went in and told the other workers in response one girl looked at us and LAUGHED. The guy came back & gave us a thumbs up but after waiting a few more minutes we gave up & left. They are open until 12am & it is 9:30... give me a break. 😒 UNBELIEVABLE. Going to the other sonic from now on.

  i placed a pick up order for 7:30 and i checked in about 7:15, it’s 8pm and i still never received my order .. a car pulled up next to me and got his food before me ?… there’s no sense of urgency here at all. multiple people are waiting for their food and then i was informed id have to wait for the manager because the employees walked out

  The speakers are terrible the staff can’t hear you. Whoever the person the female that took my order an attitude was not needed because you couldn’t hear me properly and I am trying correct the order that you have on the screen. You could have done what the other young lady did which was go out to the vehicle and received the order. All I’m saying is fix the speakers and be kind to the person your serving please and thank you.
