  Mrs Shirley makes this place wonderful! She is consistently making sure my orders are correct and of high quality. I wish every Pizza Hut had a Mrs Shirley.

  It’s always something!! This time my pizza was undercooked, & they never answered the phone. Now I have to go through corporate! I’m done with this location!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. When I called to ask about my order, which was already 30 minutes late, she told me the delay was "not in her control." She then suggested that I could come pick up the order myself if I wanted to. Before ending the call, she mentioned she could offer a $10–$15 credit but hung up without explaining how I would receive it or providing any additional information. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I was left without a clear resolution to the issue.

  I placed my order online for in-store pickup. When I arrived no customer acknowledgement. When I got home I checked my food. Toppings were missing from my pizza. The marinara sauce for my cheesy bread only had 1/4 in each container which was only enough for 1 cheese stick. I called multiple times & never got an answer. This isn't the 1st time. This place is trash
