  I'm only giving 2 stars cause the young lady at the register was so nice & trying hard to handle the register, the drivethrough, & box orders. Other than that, it'd be the mandatory 1 star. A guy finally came from the back & helped her. I'm guessing he was maybe the manager or something. I & the lady who came in after me both ordered ahead & arrived when our food was supposed to be done. We both wound up waiting 20-30min longer for our orders. Then the guy had the nerve to ask the young lady if we'd already paid for our orders. We both had. But after that long wait, the question was offensive. Probably won't be back at this location. At least my order was correct smh

  Order online app said pick up 9:58 arrived shortly after waited in line for an hour received 3 cold pizzas, had to wait for the wings to cook, forgot the bread sticks, offered me cinnamon rolls that were cooked and had to be reheated because they were never picked up I assume. I live over 30mins away my local Pizza Hut was already closed (small town) and I forgot there was one closer than this. Regret I forgot about it because maybe then my experience would have been better. The sweet lady working drive thru has great people skills, but it does not fix the fact the order was wrong, cold, and the wait being over an hour for a carry out pizza. Drive thru and walk in had the same wait times. Called this am to explain my experience and the young man said what would you like? Idk you tell me what you can offer as this was of no fault of my own. I don’t even think there was a genuine apology just a I will make it right. Like how? You didn’t ask my name or number or anything. I get someone walking out causing a short staff, and a truck, but literally they claimed the manager even knew but refused to come help, and things snowballed from there. I am sorry, but as a business management major and someone that manages a business myself you gotta do better. One customer said he was waiting on a delivery for 3hours and drove up there to wait an hour and still no pizza. I am just so sad because my high hopes were shattered.

  Tried to order a medium 1 topping pizza online (for $7.99 as advertised) but the app would not place order so I called the store and ordered and was told it would cost $17. I told the lady it was $7.99 online and she said the did not have that deal on line…so I went to Marco!!!

  Service is great. The food on the other hand is hit or miss. Daniel was SUPER HELPFUL when we went into store about an issue with our order. He was very apologetic about the pizza we received on a previous visit. Was more than willing to make our current visit to the store a POSITIVE ONE.
