  We went yesterday 5-16-26 for our 5yr anniversary around 3pm. Walked in and there was no one to greet us so we stood and waited for over 5min while 2 servers were right there and never said anything to us as well. The restaurant was not busy at all. We left and went to salt grass and as soon as we walked in greeted,sat at a table and order taken. So thanks outback

  I can’t believe I’m writing this, cause I normally enjoy eating at Outback. But we went to Bossier to eat and it took forever to get our order taken, she said they were slammed. There was literally 5 tables seated and then it took forever to get our food. My food was cold so the Manager took it and nuked it in the MICROWAVE and brought it back to me. Our waitress literally disappeared on us for 45 mins to an hour. And another waiter tried getting our food out to us. We were never offered refills on our drinks, my husbands chicken fried steak was battered, cooked and cut in half. My daughter ordered a medium steak and it literally just stopped mooing! No apology from the manager, nothing! We definitely won’t be back at that location. If you don’t get ahold of these problems that obviously been going on for MONTHS, the doors will be closing permanently. There are too many amazing restaurants that people will go eat at that have fantastic service too!

  Took my mom for Mother’s Day, service and food were not good. Took forever to get our order placed. We waited an hour and a half for food to come. Never got refills on drinks and all food was cold (even the table next to us complained of cold food). I’ve been a server so never complained, but step it up for the prices of each meal.

  Let's see it took two hours to get our food, for a party of 10 having to run people down for drinks. Just explain why you would have a waiter waiting on tables on one side and then tell him to go wait on tables on the other side so he's having to go back and forth back and forth and his original tables are being neglected so it makes no sense to me. Food came out and yes it was cold.

  This was my first experience ever eating at an Outback restaurant and I will not be going back. Grease was dripping from everything we ordered and I can tell that my chicken wings specifically were cooked in old grease. One of our orders was wrong and they had to remake it. Some of our food was under seasoned and some of it was over seasoned, there was no in-between My server kept forgetting things that we said we needed. To list the pros, our greater was very nice, the seating area was clean, and I enjoyed the music. We spent $80 there and it was not worth it.
