    My chai tea latte was perfect! The wait time was absolutely insane. There were only 2 employees working during the busiest time of the day. So many people canceled their orders and left. Won't be open long if it continues like this.

    Been goin to DB for years all around the country. Delicious everytime. This store needs to get its act together before I start going to Scooters. Ive been here 6 times with only 1 decent drink.

    If I could have given this place zero stars, it still would be too many. I'm writing this from the drive thru line that I've been sitting in for roughly 45 minutes. Holiday or not, it's unacceptable and I won't be taking questions about my opinion. There's no exit lane out of this drive thru so once you're in, you're stuck. The passenger of the vehicle behind me had time to take their young child out of the car seat, run to a neighboring building so the child could use the restroom, and return to the car before the line moved again. The passenger of the vehicle in front of me had time to walk the length of the building to the walk-up window, order, stand and wait, and return to their vehicle in the time it took us to move 20 feet. The one employee I saw carrying an ipad from vehicle to vehicle taking orders was walking incredibly slowly, as if there weren't 15+ cars in line. Moral of this story: If you're a potential customer, save your time. Grow the coffee beans yourself, harvest them, process them, roast them, and then brew them in less time than this place's drive thru. If you're the owner of this place, fix it.

    I had the worst experience yesterday. I love the drinks from Dutch Bros, but the Airline drive location definitely should’ve put more time into designing the parking lot and tweaking the drive thru. It is not truck friendly at all. The drive thru is extremely slow. Need more help with taking orders and possibly directing the traffic. I’d advise anyone going to this location to NOT use outside lane because it’s impossible to merge in when you are supposed to take turns (inside lane/outside lane/ inside lane/ outside lane. You are better off ordering to pick up. That’s my rant. 🤣 hopefully they figure out the drive thru situation and get the orders out a tad bit faster than what I had to endure yesterday! 7 Brew has the drive thru technique down pretty good most of the time. Basically same at Dutch Bros if people took turns letting outside line merge in! Lord have mercy!

    I’ve been here twice so far. I love Dutch Bros and I was excited for one to open nearby, but wow. What a disappointment, I’m sorry but I can’t wait 30+ minutes for a drink. This is probably the worst designed drive thru in the history of drive thru’s. Four menu boards and zero ways to order your drinks. You don’t order until you get to the window. Why don’t you have someone out there taking orders if you don’t have a speaker system? So now everyone gets to wait while that drink is made before the next car can order. And don’t get me started on the parking lot. If you park, good luck getting back out. It’s all blocked by the drive thru cars. Didn’t someone come and do a study first to help with design the of this whole operation?
