This was concerning, especially since she had been touching computer screens and other surfaces before starting food preparation. Given her appearance, she seemed to be in a supervisory role, so I expected higher attention to hygiene standards. Proper food safety practices, such as wearing gloves or thoroughly washing hands, are important when handling customer food. Unfortunately, the situation made me uncomfortable enough that I chose to leave.
