Went in for the bottomless apps promotion, ended up also enjoying a beer and sharing an entree to not just be eating fried food. The bacon patty melt was delicious, and all of the apps were fresh when they came out. Jordan was our server and he was awesome, prompt with every request and friendly!

Buffalo Wild Wings through DoorDash. Our order for 4 people was incomplete — we were missing 2 Caesar salads, and the wings we did receive were fried so hard they were dry and barely enjoyable.
I took the initiative to call and speak with the manager, who told me to bring the food back so they could “count it” and remake the order. So not only was the food wrong, but now I had to waste more time and gas driving up there myself after already paying DoorDash fees.
When I got there, the remake was ready fairly quickly, but unfortunately the food was STILL horrible. The chicken was fried hard all over again, dry, overcooked, and honestly a waste of money and food.
Mistakes happen, but when customers give a business the chance to correct the issue, the remake should actually be better — not the same bad quality twice.

Terrible experience and horrible service. Sat down waiting to be greeted for over 5 minutes, server Brandie finally arrived at the table to explain to us that she got double sat (completely understandable, I've been there) but gives us a long winded explanation basically saying she's going to serve the other table then come back and start with us meaning after waiting over 5 minutes, she comes and talks to us for 2 minutes without even taking our drink order??? We wait another 10ish minutes for her to finish all the tasks associated with her other tables then she finally returns to take both our drink and food order at the same time. We're now 20ish minutes in and FINALLY get a drink, should've taken it as a sign and just left at that point but unfortunately we persevered. We ordered the bottomless apps and get our first 2 items and things finally start looking up. A few minutes go by we're looking around to spot our server to try and get some drink refills and see her chatting with her other table before dissappearing again. The wings we ordered come out and they're lukewarm at best, the sauced wings basically just have sauce on top of them instead of being tossed in it, and the dry rub wings basically have nothing on them at all. At this point we're also noticing that her other table that got sat around the same time as us and got actual attention from her are on their way out and we just got the rest of our food (lucky them) I want to ask for some more lemon pepper for the wings but at this point it's taking so long to get anything I'm hungry and we have other things we're trying to do. The second round of apps we ordered come out and finally our time here is almost up. We wait for her to come back to the floor so we can ask for our check and wait 10ish minutes before finally just flagging down a manager for help getting our check. We're in a rush now so we quickly pay just to get the receipt back and realize we've been overcharged, of course we're still waiting on getting that overage back. When we tell her we've been overcharged she starts blaming it on the manager, we don't care who did it just give us the money back so we can go!!! She then finally starts to be attentive right in the last 2 minutes of us being there, asking us if we want to go boxes or another round of apps to go- well no, we just want to leave. This became a 2 hour endeavor and no we didn't make it to the after dinner plans we had after spending so long on a dissappointing meal. I'll never leave a zero dollar tip but she's the first server I've ever had to earn that. Won't return and recommend leaving if you go and get Brandie as your server.

This was the worse experience that I have had this year. The waitress was horrible- literally took the order and didn’t come back until she dropped off the check. Didn’t bring the fries- we just ate the wings with no fries- and just had a horrible attitude. Place is horribly dirty. Tables were dirty- had to move and the floor was horrible. I won’t be back.
