  Took coupons I got it in the mail,counter guy was taking my order,lady comes out from the back ,takes my coupon from the guy and tells me they don't take coupons there,they only take online coupons.

  This Arby's is hit and miss. I have been going through this drive through for YEARS. The lady there now was obviously not trained by the lady that was there a year ago. I get people have bad days, but she is consistently annoyed or angry. Months of her bad attitude make me not use the drive-thru. It is obvious she hates her job and people. Maybe I am too cheerful. Inside, they are always so nice. Drive thru lady should really ask to be moved away from a position that requires working with the public.

  Hadn't been to Arby's in a long time. Very pleased with my visit. They in fact do bring th meats

  Actually 0 stars. We came in Monday evening about 5pm, May 18. We stood there talking about the menu - then noticed that there were no employees in sight - not anywhere that we could see. Complete silence. So we had no choice but to just walk out and go somewhere else

  Drive through window every dusty on the surface and when I told them to wipe clean she told to clean it and shut the window on me and very rude.
