  Ok so my first time trying them. My husband and kids got shakes. The shakes was good. How ever I got me a large caramel cappuccino with extra caramel. I really didn't like it from here so I'll stay with scooters. Other then that friendly service and I love that.

  Thursday night, at Airline 7 Brew, my sister and I were caught in the middle of a very inappropriate conversation between a female manager and a male coworker. From leaning far into our car window on her phone, shouting for the male coworker (calling him “Avocado”), aggressively teasing him trying and stalking his mom on social media, it was the most unprofessional and awkward situation. The male worker seemed so kind, and very uncomfortable.

  I also had a terrible experience with mia. She has a terrible attitude and clearly does not understand customer service. I ordered a large. The guy taking my order, Bryce, told me he was new but was super super nice. I ordered a large and I guess he inputted it wrong. I’m not mad at the guy. I get my drink and it’s a medium. I asked about it and she said “well it says medium”. I told her that I ordered a large and would pay the difference. She waited for me to leave and I didn’t. She finally said “I mean do you really want a large” with a super snobby attitude. I said yes. She took my medium, poured it in a large cup and put more ice in it. She handed it to me so aggressively. This is not okay.

  Please, please, PLEASE start training your brewista's to go back to taking orders for multiple cars at a time instead of the one at the front only. One of the reasons that I became a loyal 7 Brew customer was the speed, but if they are only taking one order at a time it takes FOREVER to get through the line and if you are on the inside line (because it was shorter) you cannot leave if you expected it to be speedy service like it is supposed to be. I just watched about 10 cars have their orders taken one at a time, wait for their order and then the next car in line. I have been in line for 20 minutes and JUST had my order taken which is not normal and not the reason why I started coming here daily. Otherwise I would give this place a 5 star review.
