We waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes and were next in line to have our order taken. The employee had already seen us waiting and went inside to get the order for the car in front of us. However, when she came back, a police officer had pulled up next to us, and she took his order before ours. She clearly knew we had been waiting there first, so it was frustrating to be overlooked like that.

I visited here 10/01/2026 around 3-3:15pm & ordered a Matcha Chiller with add-ons. I got my drink & noticed it didn’t have the add-ons I paid for, so I came back & politely told them. The inside employee that messed up the drinks had an attitude when asked to remake it, then it still wasn’t made right. I always tip so I’m not understanding the need for the nasty attitude. I usually don’t make a big deal when this location messes up my drinks because things happen, but the attitude was completely unnecessary. It was a young lightskin black girl. Please train employees on correct measurements for each cup size.

Amazing service from the youngsters at 7 Brew! Shoutout to Jalynn for the amazing service. She explained the menu, helped me with the dietary options, and recommended me such a good drink! I tried the Sugar free oat milk Blondie and it was delicious. It was my first time at 7 Brew, and she was so bubbly, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more.

The service has gone downhill since it first opened. I loved how quick and easy it was. Now they only take one order at the front of the line. I was able to park and walk up and the barista told me she would take my order but I’d have to wait until All the cars are gone. The line was to the street and more and more cars were piling in. I’ve seen plenty of ppl order at the the door before and I’m fine with waiting bc at least I’m in the shade and asked are yall not taking orders here anymore? Her response was “yes but you don’t get to skip the line just because you’re on foot.” I said okay I wait at Dutch bros window. If things have changed that’s fine but there’s no need to be rude.
